Errata  - PT59-Forest Path Stole (3/26/07)

Lower border:

With shorter circular needle CO 141 sts using knitted cast on.  Work 20 rows in seed stitch; always slip first stitch of every row as if to purl with yarn in front & knit last stitch of every row.  On row 21 place markers as follows: sl1, 14 sts in seed stitch, pm, (22 sts in seed stitch, pm) twice, 23 sts in seed stitch, pm, (22 sts in seed stitch, pm) twice, 14 sts in seed stitch, k1.

Next row:  Sl1, 14 sts in seed stitch, (transfer these 15 sts to holder), (k6, k2tog, k6, k2tog, k6) twice, (k6, k2tog) twice, k5, k2tog, (k6, k2tog, k6, k2tog, k6) twice, transfer last 15 sts to holder.  Turn.

Second and all other bottom triangles:

Set up row (RS):  Sl1 wyb, m1 (2 sts for the second triangle, 20 stitches are left for the first triangle) turn.

Row 1:  (WS) Sl1 wyf, p2tog (2 stitches), turn.

Row 2: (RS) Sl1 wyb, k1 turn.

Work as for the first triangle starting with Row 3 until you have 21 stitches on the needle and proceed to the next triangle.  For the last (fifth) triangle work only until you have 20 stitches on the needle and then begin Right side triangle.

Chart A and C:  End Borders  

On Chart A, row 21 and Chart C, row 1:  Square 15  (from right) should be a center double decrease 

 

Chart B: Center

Row 10 of chart: Square 19 (from right) should be a left single decrease 

and Square 19 (from left) should be a right single decrease 

 

Row 10 of chart: Square 24, 44, etc and all stitches in that position of the trellis intersections should be a double right decrease.   

 

Row 10 of chart: Square 28, 48, etc and all stitches in that position of the trellis

intersections should be a double left decrease 

  

Row 21 of chart:  Square 18 from right should be a double left decrease stitch 

Like-wise square 18 from left should be a double right decrease.  

 

In the last full diamond on the left, all the roses have an extra double decrease.

Row 10 of Chart, Square 39 from left.  This square should be blank (a knit stitch)  

 

 

Errata - PT68 Misty Morning Shawl  (2/9/06)

  

Charts A1 and A2

Row 106, 134, 162, 190, along left most repeat, there are ‘p2 tog’s to the right of the ‘points’ – they should all be yo, p2tog, etc. to match other points.

 

Chart A1

Row 47 – outermost k2tog and SSK should be k1 instead.

Row 78 – on the left side of the pattern chart, the left most yo should be p1 instead.

 

Corrections to Rows 115,117, 119 are in the upper corners of Chart A1- see corrected charts above.

 

 

Chart A2

 

The first stitch of the repeat changes between 1st repeat and following repeats

Row 121:  1st repeat starts with k1

            Other 4 repeats start with k2

Row 131 and 133:  1st repeat starts with k2tog

Other 4 repeats are s1,k2tog, psso.

 

Corrections to Rows 162, 163, 167, 169 are in the corners. See corrected charts, right

 

  

Additional corrections Chart A2

 

Row 187 – the pattern should read (from right to left):  k1, yo, k1, yo, k3, yo SSK, k1, s1-k2tog-psso, k2 and so on to the last 11 sts, and then, s1-k2tog-psso, k2, yo, SSK, k2, yo, k1, yo, k1.

Row 189 - the pattern should read (from right to left):  k1, yo, k1, yo, k5, and so on to the last 6 sts, and then, k4, yo, k1, yo, k1.

Row 215 – in the repeat, the rightmost stitch (k2tog) should be s1-k2tog-psso.

Row 218 – in the repeat, the left p1, yo, p2tog should be p2, yo, p2tog.

Row 231 – the first yo should be followed by k2tog.

 

Corrections to Spider Web Border

 

The ticks for the "14 stitch pattern repeat" mark off only 12 stitches. The  right most tick should be two stitch to the right.

Row 18 – missing k2tog, yo in the left-most spider web.
Row 21 – the two left spider web sections should be the same as the rightmost one.

Errata for PT93 – Whisper Shawl (11/20/06)

 

MATERIALS

230 Size 6 Hex beads

 

After row 122, break yarn and string beads onto yarn attached to ball.  Join yarn and continue to bind off in the picot bind off technique.

Errata for PT93 – Whisper Shawl (11/20/07)

In the instructions for the Little Arrowhead pattern, skp is referred to, but a ssk is shown on the graph.  Use a ssk in all instances where skp is referred to.
